Why “starting at”?
Your exact rate depends on your date and the experience you choose — Saturdays are our most requested day, while Sundays offer the same magic at the best value. Tell us your date and guest count and we’ll quote it on the spot, by phone or on your tour.
How much time do we get?
More than most venues give you. Your vendors and wedding party get 8 full hours of setup access (9–5), then your private evening runs 5–11 PM — six hours of pure celebration, at or above what comparable venues offer. When the night ends, our team handles the teardown. Want to dance until midnight? Ask us about adding a final hour.
What does every rental include?
The private ballroom for both ceremony and reception, tables and chairs set up and taken down for you, classic linens in your color, grand candelabra centerpieces, custom lighting, and our house sound system with projector and screen. From there, The Celebration and The Forever layer on the experiences couples love most. Table place settings are arranged with your caterer.
Is catering included?
Catering is provided through our three exclusive caterers — Russo’s, Valenti’s, and Concetta’s. You’ll choose the one whose menu you love best, billed directly so it fits your taste and budget.
Do we have to use one of your caterers?
Yes — to guarantee a seamless, high-quality experience, all catering is provided through our three approved caterers: Russo’s, Valenti’s, or Concetta’s. Each is fully licensed and already knows our kitchen and timelines inside out, so your dinner runs flawlessly.
How does the bar work?
Bar service is in-house, starting at $25 per person — with professional bartenders, setup, glassware, and insurance included. No setup fees or forced gratuity like many venues charge. We’ll match the right bar to your guest list — and Forever couples enjoy top-shelf pours at the premium-tier rate. Outside alcohol isn’t permitted.
Do you host Friday or weekday weddings?
Weddings at Pizazz Ballroom are hosted exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday dates are reserved for corporate events, milestone celebrations, and our studio programs — ask us about availability for those.
How do we reserve our date?
Schedule a free tour, fall in love with the ballroom, and we’ll hold your date with a signed agreement and deposit. Payment plans are available.
Prime Saturdays book 12–18 months ahead — if you have a date in mind, don’t wait.
